Make a Will and support orphans in Africa

We were recently humbled to hear the wonderful work being undertaken by Omagh priest Fr Cathal McKenna to help impoverished children in Zambia.
Fr McKenna is involved in running a school for orphans with up to 400 pupils, in a huge shanty town with a population of 60,000, providing education to offer these children a brighter future.
Fr McKenna told us in a recent email, “The children live with guardians or grandparents who are desperately poor. Most of the children come to school hungry. I have a feeding programme – “From Farm to Bowl” – going on in the school so all the children have a meal every morning, Monday through Friday. It takes roughly £1000 to run the Feeding Programme for the year.”
Fr McKenna’s pictures show exactly how money raised goes directly to those in need.
As traditionally November is known as ‘wills month’, we felt this was a perfect opportunity to offer further assistance to Fr McKenna’s feeding programme in Zambia.
Throughout the month of November McGale Kelly will make charitable donations for every new Will.
McGale Kelly Solicitors can assist you in the drafting of your Will, setting up Trusts, granting an Enduring Power of Attorney and generally planning your Estate. We can advise on the impact of nursing home charges and look to ensure that your financial affairs or those of your loved ones are addressed should you/they be no longer able to manage them. We can also advise you on the impact of inheritance tax, lifetime transfers of property and disputes which may arise.
If you are named as executor in a Will or a loved one has died, our solicitors can assist in the administration duties in dealing with the estate. This is a difficult time and you can rest assured that we will endeavour to ease the burden of having to deal with such matters.
We provide services on the above matters to clients in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
