Through your Enduring Power of Attorney your Attorney(s) get control of your affairs if you lose mental capacity. It’s important therefore that you choose them carefully!

Remember though that you can revoke an Enduring Power of Attorney and change your Attorney(s) so don’t see it as a once and for all decision.
